• Standard: free. 1–3 business days on in-stock items ordered before 12pm; other items 4–5 business days.
• Express: £5.99. Next business day on orders placed before 12pm.

Import duties and taxes outside the UK are paid by the customer on delivery.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they're unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.

To start a return, email support@maisoneyewear.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Please use a tracked service to send it back. Return postage isn't refunded unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Most product pages list the lens width, bridge size and temple length. Compare them with a pair you already own: those three numbers are usually printed on the inside of the arm.

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our sunglasses against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.

To keep your sunglasses in perfect condition, clean the lenses regularly with a microfiber cloth and store them in their protective case when not in use. Avoid leaving them in hot places, like the dashboard of your car, as high temperatures can damage the frames and lenses.
